The scope of procurement services includes :
	Order Processing: purchase order definition and treatment on a local and global basis, quick ordering means (telephone, faxes) and authorization levels.
	Product Supply: from ensuring stock availability and delivery to the Customer premises within identified time-scales to management of DOA (dead on arrival) recovery and product control against purchase orders.
	Service Management: Reporting on activity, products purchase status, issues or availability. When required, Netwings will organize for leasing options on certain hardware equipment type.
